Wedding ceremonies can be carried out in a variety
of venues in Cyprus and more and more venues are
becoming available as weddings gain popularity,
especially Paphos Wedding Venues.

Agia Kyriaki Church
Also known as St Paul's Pillar it is a
Byzantine style church. Agia Kyriaki is in
the middle of Kato Paphos and was built
around the 13th century on the site of the
earlier Basilica.
The church is surrounded by Roman ruins and
mosaics which make a very different setting
for your wedding.
You can have either an Anglican wedding or
Catholic blessing at this church

St George Chapel
St George Chapel is a very beautiful and
picturesque chapel both inside and outside.
Situated on the road to Coral Bay, it is
accessible from all the hotels in the Paphos
area.
However it is quite a small chapel and would
be more suitable for smaller wedding parties
of no more than 25 people. You also should
be aware that access for the disabled is
very poor as the chapel has steps at all
entrances. You can have either
an Anglican wedding or Catholic blessing at
this chapel.

Elysium Chapel
The 5 star Elysium hotel has its own chapel.
This chapel is suitable for wedding parties
with up to 20 guests.
You can have either an Anglican wedding or
Catholic blessing at this chapel. The
Chapel is located next to the Basilica Grand
Hall. In order to be eligible
for a ceremony here you are required to be
resident at the hotel. |

Azia Chapel
The Azia Chapel is situated at the rear of
the grounds at the Azia hotel and can
comfortably seat up to 25 guests.
Anglican weddings and Catholic blessings may
be held here and it is not compulsory to be
resident at the hotel. The Azia is
renowned for its well established gardens.
Many of the locals ask permission from the
hotel to have some of their photographs
taken at this chapel.

Kefalos
Chapel
This chapel is set in the landscaped grounds
of the Kefalos Beach Resort.
Anglican weddings and Catholic blessings may
be performed in this chapel. You
do not have to be a resident of the resort
to have a ceremony at this chapel. |
