Hi Bambos & the team!!

Hope you're all well. Sorry it's taken us over two weeks to leave you feedback for your website but things have been pretty hectic since we got back to the UK. Here is something for your website:

We had our wedding reception at Romantica on 14 October 2009 and we had the most fantastic time. Bambos was the perfect host and all of his staff were exceptionally pleasant and attentive. They made our day perfect! They accommodated all of our needs and the food was amazing - so fresh and tasty and the prices were very
reasonable. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and after the wedding went back to have a meal there, including us! The tables were well decorated and we had some really nice balloons as well. We asked them if they would mind including our own favors boxes and confetti on the table and this was done exactly as we had asked.  We couldn't have asked for any better and would strongly recommend this venue to other couples.' Hope you have a lovely Christmas and a prosperous new year. All the very best and many thanks again.

Rich and I were married at St Georges Chapel at 5.00pm on 24th September 2009. We had our evening wedding reception at Romantica. This was fabulous and I would recommend to anyone. Bambos and his staff were excellent throughout and made our day extra special! The meze that we had for starter was amazing, so much lovely food you were spoilt for choice. Then we were all given the option of 4 choices for our main course and several for dessert too. We couldn't of asked for anything nicer and more personal. A big thank you to Bamboos and his staff xxx

To Bambos & all the staff at the Romanitca,  We would like to thank everybody for a truly wonderful wedding reception everyone had a great time and loved the food. Thank-you also for the photo frame it already has pride of place in our front room with one of our wedding pictures in it. We could not fault anything and would definitely recommend the Romantica to anyone who is planning a wedding in Paphos.  Thank-you once again

Hi Bambos and team,  Carl & Ashley here to leave you a review of how wonderful our day was on 7th September.

"We married in Peyia Town Hall on 7th September 09 followed by our reception in Romantica Restaurant. Well where to start, we met Bambo's prior to our wedding day to organize the food and to decide on table arrangements, he was a lovely man, very professional and extremely helpful. We opted for canapes and punch for our guests on arrival whilst we had photos taken on the beach opposite and whilst we cut the cake etc.  The room was decorated perfectly, the table was just as we wished as we had 26 guests we wanted it to be personal and relaxed.  For the starter we went for the Cypriot meze which was beautiful, there was approx 21 dishes served on the table and it went down a treat, it was nice experiencing the Cypriot foods.  The main course was a choice of 4 and we both had the steak which was by far the nicest meal we had during our stay in Cyprus, everyone else agreed too.  The deserts were also a choice of about 4 and the cheese cake was delicious, again no complaints.  We had beautiful wines and champagne and had our first dance, then we played our own music for our guests to dance to.  The whole day was just perfect and we want to say a HUGE Thank You to Bambos and team for making our day so memorable and special! We recommend Romantica 100%".

I had my daughters wedding on the 3rd of August 09 and had the reception at the Romanatica restaurant and the service and food was second to none. This is the best place for service food etc they made the place look lovely and made a real effort and made it all the more special. Best place in and around Cyprus. My family also went there on other occasions and found the service etc the same always great and with a smile on there faces and happy to serve you always.

My husband and I got married at Agia Kyriaki and then had our reception at Romantica on Monday 3rd August 2009. I just want to say how brilliant our day was, with many thanks to Bambos and his staff. They made our special day so much better. We met at the restaurant a few days before our big day and all the finer details were discussed, which took a huge weight off our minds, everything possible was discussed, we had chosen a menu from the website, but decided to alter it a little to suit all our guests, and this was no problem, anything that we wanted.  The food was absolutely wonderful, no faults whatsoever. All of our 25 guests (kids and adults) said how delicious the food was. This was brilliant, as it did not come with a huge price tag as one would expect with quality.  The room was just perfect, we had a lovely table lay out, and there was plenty space. It was also air-conditioned, which was great in the summer heat, it kept everyone cool. The staff were all so very nice to us all, nothing was any trouble to them. From the moment we arrived we were fully catered for, we decided to provide our guests with a welcome drink, which was ready when we arrived, and also the cake was set up on a nice table, ready to be cut, and great for the photographs. We even had a first dance, which was completely unexpected, I didn’t think we would get that getting married abroad.  I cannot fault Romantica in any aspect, and if I had to chose again, after being there (we booked without going to Paphos) I would chose there again. And definitely recommend to anyone else who is undecided.  Thank you all so much. Will see you again when we come back to Paphos.  PS my mum also says thank you to you all too for all your help on her birthday and our wedding day.

We had our wedding reception at Romantica on 26th June and it was fantastic - we would recommend here to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding reception. Bambos, Nemi and the rest of the staff were all lovely and very attentive throughout the whole evening. We met up with Bambos before the day and he spent plenty of time with us going through the menus (which there is plenty of choice, and very reasonably priced), and also the timings for cutting the cake / sitting down for our meal / keeping the drinks flowing for our guests etc. We had some kids and vegetarians in our group who were all catered for.

There was 23 of us and we had a room to ourselves, which they had decorated with balloons, sprinkles for the tables, chair covers etc. There was space for a dance floor so we could have our first dance, and then our guests were all up dancing for the rest of the night - was good fun and a nice relaxed atmosphere. There is a bar area next to the room if you want to go and sit and have a drink, and you aren't around the other diners in the restaurant. All our guests commented on how lovely the food was - the meze starters were fantastic.

The staff put a lot of effort into making sure we all had a good time and it definitely made our wedding day memorable :) Thanks to everyone involved - we will be visiting the restaurant again when we are back in Paphos!

Well we arrived home at 5 o'clock yesterday morning after a 2 hour flight delay......and we wanted to e-mail you so you can put our comments up on your web site. We have attached a couple of our photos as well. Please let us know if you would like anymore. Ryan and I were married in Paphos on the 11th June 2009 and we had our wedding reception for 29 Guests, 22 adults and 7 children at the Romantica. From the moment we arrived in Paphos our every need was met by Alison, our wedding co-ordinator and Bambos, the owner of Romantica. We both felt reassured and totally at ease after we had our initial meet the day after our arrival. After a beautiful ceremony in the garden's at Geriskipou, we arrived at the Romantica to a very refreshing fruit punch, which was a big success with all our guests especially after being in the midday heat of Cyprus. The service was fantastic and the food was out of this world, My brother is a chef and he was totally blown away by the Mousakka, the best he has ever tasted!!! I would really recommend the Meze starter and definitely the chocolate cake.....gorgeous. We returned there a couple more times during our honeymoon and Bambos and his staff were always pleased to see us. We will be returning to the Romantica for our 1st anniversary so Bambos can cook our dinner. The day was perfect and so much more so because of the very warm welcome we received at Romatica, We would highly recommend Romantica to anyone wishing to get married in Paphos. Once again thank you for making our wedding day so special...

Lisa and I were married at Peyia Town Hall on 2nd June last year; our wedding in Cyprus was perfect in every way, from the ceremony, the location, the afternoon reception on a yacht, to the reception at Romantica.
We would like to add a special message about Romantica Restaurant as it really was the perfect end to a perfect day. We only had a small wedding party of close family, Lisa and I, our four parents, and Lisa's sister and her fiance, with their 1 year old daughter. Despite us having a small party, Romantica had a corner of the restaurant cordoned off for us, and the table was decorated beautifully. The service was amazing, and we genuinely felt like we were the only people in the restaurant. We went back a couple more times during our honeymoon as the restaurant, its staff, the food, and the atmosphere are beyond compare.
Bambos (the owner... and the chef!) told us that he also organises weddings; if we'd known, we'd definitely have used his service. Even though we hadn't used his service, he helped us massively, as local knowledge is all important. Thomas Cook's wedding coordinator was excellent, but we could only start the ball rolling with arrangements once we arrived... they wouldn't even give us her number before we arrived in Cyprus, so it was a little stressful for the first couple of days, with so much to do in a short time. If we'd have used a local service like Bambos' we'd have had the major organisation done before we arrived.
For anyone looking to be married in Pafos, I'd recommend Romantica as a venue for a reception, and would definitely have arranged our wedding with them too if I'd known what I know now!

Thanks to everyone at Romantica. We had our wedding reception at Romantica on 6th November 2008 and had a fantastic time. We had 22 people in our wedding party and everyone was very impressed with the delicious food, personalised table settings and friendliness of all the staff. Bambos and Alison dealt with all our queries before we arrived and we were made to feel very special every step of the way...

We had children and adults in our party of all ages and Romantica's provided us with a great family atmosphere for our big day, nothing was too much trouble and the choice of food and wine was excellent. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding party venue in Paphos. All the best.... Lisa & Tony

We had our wedding reception at the Romantica on 16 Sept 08 and had a fantastic time. The whole setting was lovely, atmosphere was great and the staff were wonderful. The food was excellent. A HUGE thank you to Bambos and all his staff for the wonderful evening that we had. I would recommend the Romantica to anyone, and not just for a wedding reception

We had our wedding reception at Romantica on 31.7.08, what can we say... As much as our wedding was beautiful at Paphos Town Hall it was the staff and setting of Romantica that made our wedding day so special. Bambos and Neemi in particular were true gentlemen who treated us all like we were stars. They made the day so special! It was so relaxed, with no added pressure of when the next course had to come. We could choose how long to wait between each course, which was grateful by all with the heat. The food was exceptional, with the added touch of hearts (made from cream) in our soup. Everything was thought about, from the table setting, the service and the friendliness of the staff. They made such a fuss over us, it really made our day. We went back on our final night for a meal and both Bambos and Neemi made a fuss over us again. It is my favourite restaurant in the whole wide world. Thank you to al at Romantica for making our day what you did, you won't be forgotten!

We had our wedding reception at Romantica on 19/08/08. The entire day was fantastic from start to finish. We were all able to relax and enjoy ourselves whilst Bambos and his amazing staff took care of everybody. The food and service were impeccable (and I am a particularly fussy customer!). We would highly recommend this as a venue for any special occasion. Thank you!

We got married in Cyprus and had our reception at the Romantica Restaurant on July 14th 2008. It was a wonderful day and we have to thank Bambos, Costa, Neemi, Alison, Christina, Nadia for making our day so special. All our family & friends had a great time. The food was excellent and all the effort that was into making the room look wonderful. Everyone at the Romantica went out of there way to make this a perfect day and was so welcoming. We would recommend the Romantica for anyone wanting to get married in Cyprus because you will be looked after & your day will be fantastic. I hope we haven't forgot to mention anyone but once again thank you all for giving us the best day ever and one that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Please stay in touch and we will definitely be back to see you all. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH.
